[BLU/Officers] Video from November meeting is complete

Hi, David.

I finally got most of the ffmpeg video processing workflow figured out.
With the exception of scrolling credits, which I was able to prepare in
kdenlive, I now have a process that I should be able to automate.

I've finalized the video of your talk in November, and it's ready to upload
to youtube.

I can't upload the video from home, as my DSL connection is inadequate to
the job, but I can push it out at the next BLU meeting.
