[BLU/Officers] Video from November meeting is complete

As of 20 minutes ago, I finished the backlog of BLU videos. I've got all 11
videos for 2013 (Federico had asked me not to record August) ready to
upload once I have adequate bandwidth, which probably won't be until the
BLU meeting in January.

The smallest video is 736mb and the largest is 2.5gb. The total size of all
11 videos is 19gb, so it's unclear whether I'll be able to upload all of
them by the end of the meeting.
