[BLU/Officers] Rocky and possible code of conduct

One of my friends is an attorney; I'll ask him what, if any, legal 
remedies are available.

For the short term, I suggest we withdraw the free pizza, and impose a 
nominal charge for those who want to eat. We could also hire an M.I.T. 
Policeman to supervise the meeting.
