about two months ago. i just looked at my bill, the 10 meg service is part of the package that i bought. it's not the basic speed. they started out at 3 meg when i switched to them a couple of years ago. it seems like every year since then it goes up another notch (but the price hasn't changed much!). first 5, then 7, now 10! they only problem i've had is that their newsgroup server isn't up to the job. it bogs down a lot.
