I ordered some stuff from them. I got the impression that it was "publishers' 
remainders", so it's not the latest version, it's the one before. I'm not 
certain about this, but if you have new or newish hardare (CD ROMs, video 
cards, modems,...) you might want to make sure you get the latest edition, so 
that there's a greater chance that there'll be drivers for everything in your 
system.
