Is there any reason you are going with a hosted system? My experience has always been that when you are using a hosted system you are at the mercy of the hosting company. This generally means that if you have a problem you have to wait for them to fix it, and without you having direct control over your own system the process can be difficult and frustrating. A number of good VoIP systems can be installed inside of your own facilities. These systems integrate with other off premise systems and phones. -Chris- On Tue, Nov 16, 2010 at 10:04 AM, Dave Peters <gameslover987-/E1597aS9LQAvxtiuMwx3w at public.gmane.org>wrote: > My company is planning to switch to a VOIP service.
