[BLU/Officers] New BLU guest server "lachesis" at NEDV

It was the directory permissions on the .ssh directories, Fixed now.

Lachesis is replacing vranix, At present there are no plans to run
anything else on lachesis other than the guest websites.

We've purchased a pair of 750gb drives for one of the other new
machines, clotho, which will replace cheyenne once it's ready.
