It's the same virt-manager with the same capabilities. I think it
defaults to using QCOW but the option to use ZFS zvols is there. NB:
last time I toyed with it I was able to install VMs using zvols but I
couldn't get them to boot. Something wasn't picking up the boot devices
properly.
