They are gone. I had one for years, and it stopped working a couple of 
months ago. I called about it and they said they stopped "supporting"
them. In fact, they weren't even going to commit to supporting the
hxxxx.ne.mediaone.net names. So I swapped to using www.tzo.com for
a dynamic name.
