Could comcast be blocking port 6667 outbound?

Okay, I think I figured out what was going on. I had an easily-guessed
username/password combination on my computer, and someone came in and
installed EnergyMech (I don't know for what purpose), and I suspect that
it was doing some that attracted the attention of a firewall that comcast
(or possibly my router) set up. IRC is working for me now that I killed
it.
